General Purpose:

To prevent noxious and dangerous sewer odors from entering a space through a dry drain trap.

Many facilities experience sewer odors emanating from floor drains in restrooms, warehouses, public areas and confined spaces.  These are mostly due to the liquid seal in the P trap evaporating over time and the trap seal not being replenished through trap primers or additional water entering the trap, (i.e. through wet mopping a floor).  Depending upon the climate, a trap seal can evaporate in a week or two.

 Even if the trap is configured with a trap primer, it may be that the trap primer no longer works.  In the event the trap was never outfitted with a primer, continuous replenishment of water may be necessary.

Directions:

 EverPrime® is a concentrate and is to be diluted with water before adding it to the drain. 

Poured quickly into the drain, the weight of EverPrime is lighter than water and will rise to the top, thereby protecting the trap indefinitely.
