TWO MATERIAL OPTIONS

HIGH PERFORMANCE COMPOSITE (HPC)

HPC urinals are not made from a simple plastic material.  The HPC employs mats of overlaid fiber and then resin is added to form a strong composite specifically designed for use with these urinals.  A fiberglass backing is then applied to provide even greater strength.  Today composite materials can be found in airplanes, automobiles, motorcycles, ships and the Space Shuttle.

The HPC urinals have been installed in the U.S. since 1991.  They can be found in high vandalism areas such as park restrooms, schools, bars, juvenile detention centers and high security prisons.  HPC urinals are a great option to urinals made of stainless steel.  They are considerably less expensive, easier to clean and less institutional in appearance.  HPC urinals are available in a wide range of solid and granite like colors.

VITREOUS CHINA (VC)

Vitreous china has been the standard type of material used in the manufacturer of urinals since very early on.  The initial cost of a VC urinal is often less than that of a HPC unit.  However when the cost of shipping (often by motor freight in order to avoid damage), the added handling and installation time and the additional support often required for a VC urinal, the final installed cost of a HPC urinal is less. VC urinals are available in a wide variety of solid colors.
